The Chapel Board has selected our next minister, the Rev. Dr. Jim Miller, and his wife, Diane, to lead our Chapel for the next three years. Jim and Diane will be with us for worship on January 25 and will be available to meet attendees following the service. Dr. Miller is the retired pastor of the First Presbyterian Church of Tulsa, Oklahoma. They will begin their ministry term with us in November of 2026.

One of our Mission Outreach partners is ECHO - Hope Against Hunger, over the bridge in Fort Myers​. On  their 50-acre tropical grounds, they teach farming around the World to end hunger on our planet. Interns each serves a 10-month course then go forth and teach - 18 countries on 4 continents last year alone. Committee Chair, Kathy Knoblauch, is holding the ECHO folder.

Our Mission Committee met with  a long-time Chapel recipient, the Quality Life Center in Fort Myers, run by Mr. Muhammad, an amazing teacher and community leader. In the first photo, he points to the Captiva Chapel on Wall of Fame. We have been their partner since the mid-1990’s.
