My husband, Bill, and I, along with our faithful canine companion Gwenyth, have lived at Gulfside Place in Sanibel since 2016.

I’m a graduate of the State University of New York at Potsdam, where I earned my B.S. in Elementary Education, and I went on to complete my M.Ed. at Teachers College of Columbia University. My career in early childhood education began in New York City and concluded in the beautiful mountains of rural Pennsylvania.

I’m a member of the Eagles Mere Community Church in Eagles Mere, Pennsylvania, where I serve as the congregation’s Child Advocate. Bill and I have attended the Captiva Chapel By the Sea since moving to Florida fifteen years ago, and we deeply resonate with the Chapel’s mission of supporting local nonprofits for the betterment of the community. I’m grateful to serve on the Chapel’s Mission Committee and to contribute to that meaningful work.

In my free time, I enjoy tennis, pickleball, reading, and walking the beaches and trails of Sanibel and Captiva.
