Ed Anderson is a 20 year resident of Sanibel; a refugee from Minneapolis. In an earlier life he was an attorney, entrepreneur and business executive. He and Catherine live on Dinkens Bayou and get more use out of the boat than any reasonable person would find necessary.

They first attended Chapel services in 1979 as guests of Winifred and Martin Ehlers, who were, even at that time, longtime Chapel supporters and attendees, and were, thereafter, at the Chapel regularly on annual visits to the islands. Since moving to the island in 2005, they have been at the Chapel most Sundays, when not traveling.

Surely there are other places almost as beautiful to attend services; we just haven’t run across them.
